As a relatively new and entirely foreign concept for me back in 2020, I set out to make something outside of my comfort zone with these pieces. Through quarantine and the subsequent years I have developed my own personal style when it comes to working with these textures, and I am very excited to be offering them to you! I’ve always admired embroidery and weaving work, which was a big inspiration for these projects. Though everything you see below is glued onto the backing surface, I hope to one day learn how to weave and embroider patterns as well.
